“You…ate him?” Madara sounded with a pause. Senko thought he sounded unsure. She didn’t look at him. It was so vivid. She could see his eye in between her fingers. The eye that she swallowed. Gently, she mimicked the action again and closed her eyes as she did so.

Senko Uchiha learns this when her brother dies because she ran out of chakra. Because her control was sloppy. Because "good enough" gets people killed. So she eats his sharingan eyes, swallows her grief, and rebuilds herself from the ground up.
What she doesn't expect is the unknown shinobi who watches her fail at the waterfall. Or that her obsession with getting stronger might accidentally build the foundation for peace.

Summary
Draco stares for a moment, the fear leaving his body. He has never been more relieved. He doesn’t know why he was afraid. Maybe because he was scared that Neville would say no, leaving him without repentance for his actions. But he said yes, and for that, Draco revels in it. He knows Neville will make sure someone as despicable as him will get what he deserves.

Draco struggles with his guilt and wants to repent. Neville thinks Azkaban is too light and he should be the one carrying out the punishment as the hero of Hogwarts.

Summary
“Are you going out like that? Bites all over your neck and not a mating claim?” His mother pokes at him, her eyes red and bloodshot. Draco swallows back the low growl in his throat. What is she trying to say?! That Neville hates him and doesn’t want to claim him? That his alpha doesn’t want to put his mating claim on him?
“You don’t get it,” Draco forces out, a hand rubbing the dull, aching bites.
“Don’t get what?” his mother’s knuckles are white around the fur. “Don’t get your self-destructive behaviour? Your abnormal addiction to his scent? I’m your mother, Draco! I’m not stupid! I know you come home smelling like that putrid and rotten alpha. Are you insane? If it smells so good why is he unmated at his age - he is unsuitable for any wolf!”
“It’s not bad. It’s plum,” Draco grits, his little canines flashing towards his mother. “It's sweet.”

Draco wants to drown in Neville’s scent, but his mother isn’t sure Neville’s violent tendencies are safe for little omega pup. Neville doesn’t really care, if he wants to knot the omega stupid, then that’s his business.

Draco had always been in love with Neville. Returning for his eighth year, he found himself unable to extract himself from the illusions of fantasy that he would never own. Touch-starved and begging for any scrap of attention he could get from Neville whenever he managed to distanced himself from his "best friend", Luna, Draco discovered that he was often left with bruises and cuts at the end of their interactions. It was fine. He was fine. Neville didn't hit Luna, only him, so he was special, right?
