Every chore was done for him before he noticed it need doing. If Kimi didn’t feel like getting up, Sebastian would let him stay where he was. If he wanted to spend the entire afternoon doing nothing, that was fine too. His alpha never pushed nor demanded more. Thought Kimi knew, it's because he pretty much useless at anything domestic related.

Nico blinked down at their joined hands, then back up at Lewis’s face. His heart did an infuriating little lurch, retirement had been good to him, and he knew it. If anything Nico looked more beautiful than Lewis remembered.
“Are you on something?” Nico asked flatly. “Does Ferrari make you this crazy?”
Lewis gave a shaky laugh, then let go and raked his hands through his hair, stepping back until his shoulders hit the hallway wall. “Look, man, I know it’s hard to believe, but the fate of the world is in your hands now.”

It took him a second, before leting a sharp little bark of disbelief, more amused than offended. He shook his head “Heyyy,” he said, voice lilting with that familiar German cadence, “That’s not very nice.”

Nico’s mind flickered back to that final argument in November. His last race. The championship, finally sealed. The overwhelming rush of achieving the only dream he’d ever chased, the only one anyone ever let him chase. And then, right after the press conference where he’d announced his retirement, they were at it again. Shouting. Lewis bit, and Nico bit back harder.
Nico blinked, pulled back to the present. “Things happened,” he said simply. “Bit of therapy here and there. Got knocked up along the way.”
Or how Lewis and Nico built a family.
