It happens like this: the uncontrollable surge of affection that makes its way through Kohane’s circulatory system renders her speechless, because oh, An just said she would marry her. Her head feels light in the best way, like it’s grown itself wings and flown off into the sunset. She sees An looking at her with an expression morphing from love to confusion to concern. Has the world always been spinning this quickly?
Kohane is so overwhelmed that her words fly away. Her eyelids are so unbearably heavy that she considers letting them close. If she were to just shut her eyes…
An is very much a wife guy. Kohane learns this the hard way, which happens to be shifting through the dimensions of time and reality themselves to find out just how much of a wife guy An really is.

Summary
This is far from the first time Kohane has spent the night at An’s. In fact, she does it whenever her parents allow it; staying at An’s apartment above Weekend Garage is much safer than walking all the way home on event nights, is her usual excuse. They’re both used to it, a comfortable atmosphere built in the shared space; Kohane knows An’s bedroom almost as well as her own. Tonight is another of these nights. A warm end to the day, one that should be routine, void of any butterflies in her chest or nagging thoughts at the back of her mind. Tonight should be no different than usual.
…Well. A few words exchanged at the back of a live house a few weeks ago, and the kiss that accompanied them, the change from singing partners to girlfriends… that’s enough to warrant anxiety, Kohane thinks, as An leads her up to her bedroom.

Summary
