Summary
Dr. Strange looks at the world after Thanos and, faced with its seemingly irreparable brokenness, breaks his own oath. Tony, Stephen, and Loki go back in time for one more chance - an intentional choice, because they are each other's insurance against repeating the same mistakes. Tony wakes up shortly before the Stark Expo with the reactor's palladium core still poisoning him. Stephen wakes up with undamaged hands and a flourishing medical career. Loki wakes up in Asgard one day before Thor's coronation.

[ Yet another take on that time travel fic with lots of worldbuilding, hand-wavey comic book science, political intrigue, inventing, nerding out, and a broken Tony trying to fix a broken world - but this time he's not alone. ]

It keeps happening. Not often, just once or twice a month, but it keeps happening. Always in the same way: it’s unplanned, sudden, unexpected, Steve is surprised and eager, his dick goes from zero to one hundred in two seconds, Tony’s touch is electric, everything he does drives Steve crazy, but he never lets Steve kiss him, he very rarely looks Steve in the eye, he never talks, never makes a sound when he comes, never mentions it later.

Summary
Tony Stark drinks magic potion at a Halloween party and temporarily turns into a woman. And puts on lipstick. And sings karaoke. And hits on Steve. In Tony's defense, he was drunk, he was horny, and it all seemed like a good idea at the time. Steve is horrified, particularly when Tony’s condition proves to be more than just temporary. Tony is horrified, too: turns out, being stuck in a body that doesn't feel like his own is much less fun than he thought it would be, and the implications are profound for Tony, for Steve, and for everyone else.
The government sees great potential in a chemical that can change someone’s appearance at will, and they’re eager to keep it for themselves. As Tony Stark’s bloodstream is the only available source, they’re eager to keep Tony for themselves, too…
