Summary
Lloyd and Kai from the Show are thrown into the Movieverse just after the events of Crystallized.
Not knowing if their friends are still alive, they must navigate this familiar yet totally alien world with only each other to rely on - and avoid their doppelgangers: although it's much harder than you'd think when stuck in a mandatory education regime that they must attend.
(And of course, their heroic tendencies eventually get the better of them).
- But in a city that is constantly attacked, what's two more heroes to add to the list?
Basically just some fluff, angst and Lloyd and Kai just being bros :D

After leaving the Ninja, Lloyd's days have been mundane and unassuming. His life was boring but peaceful, which was more than what he could say about the Ninja's "alternative lifestyle."
Still, he's reaching his wits' end dealing with brainless customers and incompetent part timers in his job every single day. It was long overdue for a career change-
Oh? They have dental plans? PTO? An appropriate amount of free pens? Shut up and take his resume!
Lloyd Garmadon joins a company for better pay and benefits, then gets bamboozled by his eccentric doppelgangers. (And can someone tell him why is there so much green?)

He looks at the dark-haired man that had pinned him down before. He looked at how he held his weapon, his stance, how he looked at them, and how his father did everything the same. Lloyd silently gasps at his discovery. He looks at the other people surrounding them. A blond lady with freckles exactly like Jays. A black-haired duo who dressed in the same red and blue as Kai and Nya. A woman who despite being threatening had the same kind face as Cole. A man who looked as intelligent as Zane. He turns to look forward at the brown and blonde brothers. Lloyd sighs.
________________________The ninja has finally rebuilt the monastery after crystalized, maybe finally they will get a break! That all changes when a scroll sends them into the past with their parents. They have to work with them to find a way back and save Ninjago both past, present, and future.
