Summary
It's a stupid idea, but applying to a Dixingren university means Zhao Yunlan can say goodbye to any plans Zhao Xinci had for his future. And that has to be worth it, right? He really doesn't want to follow in his father's footsteps.

Summary
Sometimes, all four of them have sex. More often than not, some combination of the four of them have sex; after all, they are rarely all in the same place at the same time, called away to their various duties. It’s not perfect, by any means; but it is them, and it is good.
Or, four perspectives on a relationship between Thayet and Jon and Alanna and George, and an epiloque.

Summary
When Kushina notices that Obito's a kinesthetic learner like her, she tries to ignore it. Really, she does—but Minato has no idea what he's doing when it comes to teaching him, and Kushina can't let the kid's potential be wasted like that. She takes on Obito as a student, then, and somehow gets Rin as one too. It changes... pretty much everything.
Kushina can’t shake that moment from from her mind. She can’t help but to remember all the times she’s heard him referred to as unmotivated, or lazy, or untalented.
Because now the pieces have clicked together, it’s become overwhelmingly clear that Obito is like her, but he doesn’t have the fallbacks she has. He doesn’t have the strength of being a jinchuuriki to back him up, or the chakra chains she’s had from the beginning. Worst of all, she thinks, he’s been pitted up against the most talented prodigy of his generation since day one, constantly compared and found to be lesser.
And Kushina knows Minato, knows he’ll do everything he can to make his kids get along, to eliminate any rivalries that might arise in the name of teamwork. That’s all fine and good, she supposes, but it’s not what Obito needs.

Summary
Pain has been set into Zhou Zishu's flesh by an accident of fate and his own hand alike, twin wrongnesses of his body that scream through the back of his head and which he cannot remove.
(Wen Kexing, by his existence at Zhou Zishu's side, lances those wounds.)

Summary
“Husband,” Wen Kexing said, because she liked the way Zhou Zishu’s breath stuttered when she said that, “your wife requests your attention.”
Zhou Zishu’s fingers curled around her hips, and his eyes finally focused on hers, blade-sharp. “What if I don’t want your attention?” he asked, lips curling up slightly. “Will you cry about being bereft, about your husband’s cruelties, the unfairness of his desires?”
“Do you think you can stop me from complaining?” Wen Kexing asked lightly, sliding her hands around to the nape of his neck. She could feel every vertebrae, and the spaces between them, and how much pressure it would take to part them. Zhou Zishu curved towards her, that smile still on his face, and Wen Kexing breathlessly said, “Try and please me enough that I can’t complain, husband.”

Summary
"Proofing, also sometimes called final fermentation, is the specific term for allowing dough to rise after it has been shaped and before it is baked."
Less than a year has passed since the final battle, and the Ministry is already up to its old tricks. Harry would very much like them to stop ignoring due process, tossing people in Azkaban, controlling the press, and menacing the populace with dementors.
He would also like, if at all possible, to bake a passable loaf of bread.

Summary
Sometimes Granby despaired of Laurence ever noticing that Granby sometimes stared at him like he was the sun and Granby was a thrill-seeker with wax wings. But then the moment ended, usually because it was time for Granby to intervene and persuade Laurence to act upon the lesser of two harebrained schemes.

Summary
"Amortentia's strangest aspect is its scent. For each person it is different - expressing their heart's desire. All of you should come closer to smell it properly and try to figure out what the scent means to you."
The class gathered round the cauldron and there were several theatrical sniffs and a lot of giggling from many people. Grantaire gently elbowed him.
"What does it smell like for you?" he asked teasingly, "Social justice? True gender equality? Oh wait, no - Patria?"Enjolras rolled his eyes and turned back to the cauldron, sniffing slightly. There was nothing. He could smell Grantaire's distinctive smell of oil paint and apple shampoo beside him and the sickly-sweet perfume of the girl the other side of him. But there was nothing new, nothing that could indicate what he wanted.

Summary
Had you been there tonight you might know how it feels
To be struck to the bone in a moment of breathless delight
Had you been there tonight you might also have known
How the world may be changed in just one burst of light
And what was right seems wrong
And what was wrong seems right“Who says I do not know?”
The stunned silence was a rare occurrence in the Musain and it made the spectators feel very uncomfortable. Enjolras continued with the air of one who had said too much but it was too late to turn back now. He had no choice but to see his argument through.
“Who says I do not know what it feels to be the victim of Cupid’s poisoned bow and arrow?”

Summary
He had spent the past ten years reading about the fae folk, demons and many other in-human creatures of the forest, trying to put some sense in his own form. But it seemed that when you were cursed by a magical entity, they were able to turn you into a creature that had never existed before you. As if Grantaire had not felt isolated enough before, he had been turned into a solitary creature which was literally one of a kind.
Grantaire is a cursed prince who thinks he has lost his humanity and lives in an abandoned castle with other exiled creatures as himself. Enjolras is a young idealist looking for the prince who should have been ruling to demand him freedom for the people. Grantaire has lost all hope in humanity yet Enjolras has nothing but hope in his heart. The story of a curse with roots as old as fear itself.
