Summary
Luz Noceda dreamed of becoming a witch and having lots of fun PG adventures, just like her idol, the Good Witch Azura. What she got was a foxy but probably insane criminal witch mentor and many near-death shenanigans in a world filled with demons and curses. But she is making the best of it, because that's what you do.
Luz Noceda dreamed of meeting Superman, the most powerful and kindest of all metahumans. What she got was an almost mute, not too bright clone created by the supervillain of the century, made to harm rather than help.
But she's going to make the best of it, because that's what you do.
The odds are against them. Ultraman was never meant to be a hero, and a demon world where people get eaten on the regular (let alone the home of a wanted witch who breaks the law for fun), is hardly the best place to learn about morality or the fragility of life.
Armed with knowledge of Tv Tropes, hopeless optimism, and a Superman Fan Club platinum membership card, not only is Luz going to learn how to be a great witch, but she's going to help Ultraman believe in truth, justice, and a better tomorrow.
... Or at least how not to break something every five minutes.

Summary
Summer holidays have only lasted two weeks, but to Harry Potter it has seemed like an eternity. However, an odd encounter involving loose lips and a Chocolate Frog will lead him on a journey to a whole new realm, beyond even the strangeness of the Wizarding World. The Boiling Isles are a place of macabre oddities, where the rain burns you and demons are common place, yet something tells Harry he will feel right at home.
With his best friend Ron Weasley at his side, Harry will join the delightfully odd Muggle girl and aspiring witch Luz Noceda under the apprenticeship of none other than Eda the Owl Lady - the most powerful and most wanted witch on the Boiling Isles. Together these three young humans will spend their summer learning magic, making new friends and enemies, giving an adorable king of demons belly rubs, and trying to avoid the horrifying, annoying owl... tube... thing who just so happens to also be their house.
But it's not all one big goblet of pumpkin juice. Deep in his castle, the mysterious Emperor Belos plots against all wild magic, and his Coven Head Lilith Clawthorne harbours terrible secrets, one of which might just shake the foundations of Harry Potter's very existence...

On Tumblr, someone made a list of detectives and how they would fare against Kira. Samuel Vimes, Commander of the Watch, was on the list.
Thing is that Sam is not alone. He is never alone. Death would also be annoyed by a divine instrument being used to make his job that much harder, and he would need Susan's help. So it would be a story where several people are working to find Moida, as they call him in the Disc for "Moider" or "Murder".
