Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances, Geralt, Jaskier, Lambert and Voltehre have only a handful of years left to get themselves hitched before they lose the deed to Jaskier’s estate and find themselves destitute. So when the glamorous Lady Yennefer moves in down the road, Jaskier sees a perfect opportunity to play matchmaker between her and his eldest step-brother.
But Yennefer did not come to Bremervoord alone, and her handsome (if rather arrogant) friend watches Jaskier’s every step with fascination. In no time at all Jaskier suddenly finds himself attempting a complex juggling act between his family’s fate and his own wayward heart.
