Summary
Albert Einstein was born in Germany in 1879. Albert Einstein is found dead from a stab wound. Albert Einstein wakes up in a secret medical facility in the United States in 1940. Albert Einstein is 14 and confused and not him, not the real one: not the one who wrote the theories of relativity or won the Nobel Prize. In fact, Albert Einstein wonders if he's real at all. Because how could he be, if he's nothing but a defective clone of one of the greatest scientists, and the greatest Super Science Friend, to ever live.

Summary
"It starts as it always does. A gasp, your eyes snapping open, a few blinks to be rid of whatever you felt was there, before you kick away your sleeping bag and rush to the launch tower before Slate can dare question what’s wrong. You’ve gotten good about getting out of the atmosphere, gotten good at slipping into your suit as you let the autopilot do its job, gotten good about being absolutely certain that your helmet is twisted on all the way."
