“Fuck off.” Ash whispered, he couldn’t wake up Clemont or Serena, or worse, Bonnie.
(Nnngh… I have to go, A-)
“GO TO DISTORTION!” Their tent rustled violently, either the wind or something else. Ash couldn’t help himself as the shout tore itself from his mouth, he clapped a hand to it as him and Pikachu both went deathly still. As ever though, their luck never held, and Clemont shifted, sitting up slowly and rubbing his eyes, with a bleary look on his face.
“Ash? Is everything okay?”
(You’ve gotta stop, right NOW!)
Everything was decidedly not, but Clemont didn’t need to hear that.
“Yeah, all good, must’ve poked Pikachu in my sleep or something and got shocked.”
(The weight in his arms magnified, he couldn’t feel the static anymore, but that was impossible, Pikachu wasn’t-)
“...You’re crying. That doesn’t normally happen when you get electrocuted.”

Summary
In one world, All For One is a monstrous psychopath who lacks any and all morals whatsoever, determined to become the ruler of Japan if not the world, no matter the fact he would end up the ruler of little more than ash and dust.
This is not that world.
Here, All For One is a much more normal human being who simply got lucky with the hand fate dealt him, and has taken to living his life to the fullest even as superpowers crop up all across the globe.
That doesn't stop the lunatics that stole his brother's quirk - and his brother, for that matter - from trying to take the top half of his head off though.
Oh well, at least it keeps life interesting.
