This left him with two options. He could either stay at home, which would almost certainly lose him the role for the upcoming drama the company was pushing for him to be part in... Or he could try to drown his scent with Jaebeom's...

Dean blinked, stunned by his own words. “I mean…I didn’t mean –“
Castiel swallowed, closing his eyes against a lance of pain in his chest that had nothing to do with the binding or the sigil. “Yes, you did. And its true, in any case.” Castiel gave him an out, but the words stung. He wasn’t human. Which meant he was – in a hunter’s mind – a creature.
An animal.
Something inside him felt like it was icing over...

Castiel’s breath trembles as he marches away from Mary Winchester. He’s managed to go years without drawing attention from Sam and Dean. Every being they’d ever met - friend or enemy – had poked fun at Castiel’s affections.
