Robert is so focused on his work that it doesn’t even register that the words have just come out of the mouth of America’s heartthrob and the superhero known as Phenomaman until it occurs to him that the entire office has gone quiet. Robert processes what he's heard and turns around to join them in staring at Phenomaman, lacking any other option in the face of what he's just said.
Mistaking their shock, Phenomaman looks around at the faces gazing at him in utter confusion and continues pleasantly, “Actually, I would like to be bred. Is that not a more accurate Earth phrase?”

Summary
Brock Rumlow fucked up, bad. As punishment he is reassigned to a new role; handler for one of the Assets. The Assets are little more than machines, shells of men that react only to command words and pain, he is told.
Being a handler is little more than a slow death sentence, Brock knows that. Being a handler to the Winter Soldier is a somewhat quicker sentence. The Soldier goes through his handlers swiftly and if Brock is going to survive this assignment, and he intends to survive it, then he needs to do this differently.

Summary
Six months have passed since the beginning. Six months of hiding and surviving alone. Chan is just one of, what he assumes to be, many trying to survive their new world.
