Flug was just trying to make a new life for himself in the city. He did NOT plan on working under a top hat-wearing demon or with a lizard girl who has anger issues! And just when he thought it couldn’t get worse, someone was sending assassins out to kill him! Why did the universe hate him so much?!
It’s only after a few escape attempts, weapon showcases, assassination missions, home invasions, bouts of violence, mixed signals, and some not completely unwelcome sexual tension that he begins to realize… being a villain may have its perks after all.

Summary
It wasn't the first time Alastor was trying to establish communication with the other side; he was a master at it by now. He had tried many times, with different sigils and rituals, but all of them had left him with empty hands. He just wanted to be able to make a deal so he could enjoy his afterlife, but instead, he ended up summoning a demon that is oddly fixated on him.
Or Alastor accidentally summons Vox for his deal, and now he has to deal with him.

Summary
“This- this is-“ he laughed, eyes lighting up with life for the first time since the impact. “Oh fuck, this is it!”
He had found a time travel spell. Alastor had found a spell to fix it all! If he could go back, even to a month before Vox’s hysteria, or even to when he joined the hotel- He could manage during or before his sabbatical too.
Alastor didn’t care about the footnotes, the consequences, the punishment. He just needed the spell.
He casted it immediately, and the remaining power in Hell all poured into it. The feeling of his powers zapping away and into the spell was a relief.
Reality twists at his command, and he was sent back in time.

The Might of Lilith overloads, and all of Hell dies. Alone in the rubble, holding Vox’s empty screen, Alastor casts a spell to go back in time and fix everything.

Summary
Alastor thought he knew what he was getting into. The plan was simple. Use that obsessive and moronic TV to break his deal with Rosie. He knew he had been weakened by Adam, he knew he wasn’t nearly as strong as he was before. But he didn’t think he was actually weak enough for Vox to be able to control him.
Now, Alastor has a new suit, a new look, and the Vees have a new member (though they may have to change their name). Vox, for once, has the upper hand. All he has to do is not. Fuck it. Up.

“Anyways, nothing about Alastor gives ‘maternal,’” Velvette says after a while. Alastor glances over his shoulder from the stove to find her in the barstool beside Valentino’s, now, with her feet propped in his lap. “You’re the mom. I’m obviously the cool aunt. And Vox is our deadbeat husband.”
Alastor snickers at the stove.
“So like, does that make the Radio Demon our kid?” Valentino asks, squinting as he strains the metaphor.
“I dunno—good thing there’s no CPS in Hell.”
Alastor openly snorts.
(The Vees have dinner together like a fucking family, Valentino takes Alastor on a field trip, and Alastor and Vox do some light and friendly bonding activities. Set in approximately S2E6.)

Alastor huffed, leaning forward, voice rising with that familiar theatrically sharp edge. “Do you think I am amused? That this this deliberate avoidance would go unnoticed? That your petty games, your careful withdrawal, would not rattle me, gnaw at my patience?!” He gestured wildly, as though the air itself had been complicit in Vox’s crimes. “I am not accustomed to being ignored! Not by anyone! Certainly not by you!”
A pause. Vox leaned forward, elbows resting on his desk now, fingers tapping in silent rhythm. And then words. Complete sentences. Complete thoughts.
“I’ve lost myself in you for too long,” Vox said, and Alastor’s breath caught slightly at the weight behind the voice. “I’ve missed out on so many friendships, so much love. I don’t blame you. I did it to myself, really falling for the Radio Demon’s trap. You’re an enigma. It’s not your fault. It’s your nature.”
The words landed like blunt instruments against Alastor’s carefully constructed armour. He froze, cane halfway lifted, mouth opening and closing like a puppet caught mid performance.
