Summary
“No.15 Hero Nice Donates 20 Million Yuan to Bailuo Children’s Institute,” reads the latest headline, timestamped two minutes ago. Accompanying the article is a dazzling photograph of the man of the hour, perfectly windswept, smiling that vapid smile of his as he shakes hands with an elderly man in a suit.
But… Nice’s smile isn’t the shallow simulacrum of heroism he’s been wearing in recent years. And his eyes—they don’t have that glassy, dead look they usually have, these days. Instead, they sparkle in the sunlight, glittering with determination. With resolve.
The day Nice decides to end it all, another hero figures out what he plans to do. Armed with little more than a half-cocked plan and his wits, he—somewhat reluctantly—jumps to the rescue.

Summary

Summary

Ecthelion wakes in the freezing North of Westeros and is taken in by the Stark family, as Lord Eddard has an awful track record with keeping strays. Ecthelion tries to adjust to this strange new life despite his grief, but as he finally begins to find his footing, danger looms on the horizon, threatening the lives of those he has come to love. Each elf swears an oath: to protect and serve a child they have come to see as their own. But as this cruel world digs in its claws, and horror after horror passes before their eyes, Ecthelion and Glorfindel must fight to hold onto their morals, their loved ones, and themselves.
