Not long ago, Izuku was hit by a quirk, hypnosis. A powerful quirk in the hands of a villain. Not powerful enough to stop Izuku and Katsuki from arresting the man, but powerful enough that he got that one good hit in and forever altered Izuku Midoriya’s life.
The terms he had set when he hypnotized Izuku were simple: Whenever Izuku heard the word “drop”, he would slip into an altered mental state, one where he was slower, prone to suggestion, unable to think much for himself. Essentially, dumb. When he heard the word “done” he would return to his regular state.

Once 2D shares a drunken night with Murdoc, they spiral into sharing far more than intended, all under the guise of casual sex. Katsuki works the night shift in a 24/7 hospital coffee shop whilst completing his art school studies. Izuku is a junior doctor rotating through night shifts. The pair meet and bond over 3am coffee breaks and a mutual love of comic books.
