Summary
After a dangerous encounter leaves Freminet severely injured, he finds himself grappling with guilt and self-doubt, unable to escape the weight of his perceived failures. His siblings, Lyney and Lynette, are shaken by the sight of him broken and vulnerable, their fears of losing him overwhelming their every thought. As Freminet struggles with his own feelings of worthlessness, the trio is forced to confront the strength of their bond, realizing how much they need each other.
The blade struck before he could react.
Sharp, cold steel pierced his side, stealing his breath and flooding his senses with searing pain. Freminet stumbled back, his diving helmet slipping from his grasp and clattering to the ground. A strangled gasp escaped him as his vision blurred.
“Pathetic,” the man hissed, his face a cruel mask. “Think you can just live in their shadows forever?”

Summary
Swallowing his pride, Lyney pushed the door open just a bit more. As Freminet walked past his room, Lyney's uninjured hand shot out, grabbing the boy's arm and pulling him into his bedroom.
"Lyney?! Wha-"
Lyney closed the door, the pure red tissue falling from his arm. "Sorry. This- this is important."
Freminet's gaze trailed down his body, locking onto his bloody arm.
"I don't trust anyone else," Lyney whispered, turning his left arm over to show him the wound. "Please."
There are three layers of skin: the epidermis is the top layer, the dermis is the middle, and the hypodermis is the bottom.
Lyney had not realized how easy it was to cut into the hypodermis with a brand-new blade and a careless hand.
Now he had a wound that wouldn't stop bleeding, and he needed help.

Summary
It all started with a sudden pain in Lynette's lower abdomen.
On an ordinary Thursday night, Lynette suddenly begins to feel pain in her belly. Perhaps it's period cramps or indigestion, she thinks. Her condition gets worse, causing her to vomit, get a headache, and even develop a fever.
Perhaps she should have suspected it earlier, but her symptoms were caused by something more severe than cramps or a stomachache...
