Summary
At four years old, Harry Potter learned that humans hurt, but snakes just hide. So he stopped being human.
Now he's eleven—technically. In reality, he’s a python with PTSD, a Parseltongue-only vocabulary, and a neurological inability to remember how legs work. When Hagrid kicks down the door, he finds not a boy, but a traumatized reptile who hasn’t walked, spoken English, or been warm in seven years.
Enter Severus Snape, who did not sign up to be the foster guardian of a dissociated snake, and yet here he is: setting warming charms, prying Harry out of ventilation shafts with Wingardium Leviosa, and discovering that his new ward communicates exclusively in hisses that sound suspiciously like insults.
Year One: Harry learns to walk again, befriends a Draco Malfoy who smells like "food" (and friendship), refuses to play Seeker, and saves the day via strategic biting.

It doesn’t really surprise Robby that Dana’s the one who finds him. Long after the rest of day shift has left, he’s sitting in the quiet room upstairs in Peds, the sleeping infant nestled in his arms.
“Thought you were supposed to be on a motorcycle, out there trying to find yourself,” the nurse comments, leaning against the doorjamb with her arms crossed over her chest. The look she's giving him reminds Robby that she can read him better than almost anyone.
“Change of plans,” he says quietly, not wanting to wake the little girl.

Summary
Dennis was ten years old, and all he had ever known was Broken Bow, Nebraska until he had been shipped all the way to rural Pennsylvania to repent.
Because Dennis had done something bad. Something really bad. And now he must earn forgiveness. But what wouldn't he do to see his Ma again? Just one time. To show her how hard he was trying.
So he had jumped. Hoping that she would come if he was injured. Nothing too bad, just enough for her to come. But it had been too high. And now he was flying in a helicopter to the nearest hospital, scared for his life, and so very scared to end up in Hell.
Unbeknownst to him, he was about to meet Dr. Robby. A tall man with hands that could heal. And perhaps, with his husband Jack, they could show him another path to life, one much kinder, one that showed Dennis what unconditional love was.
The fingers on Dennis’ head were now gently brushing his misbehaving hair, and the hand on his own hand had been joined by another one, encasing it on both sides.
His God was full of shit, Dennis decided. Because hands that loved like this couldn't belong to the damned. No, they were the hands of angels.Bookmarked by Starshark13

Summary
Sixteen‑year‑old Charlotte "Charlie" Robinavitch — captain of the Lady Wolves and daughter of Doctor Michael Robinavitch — is used to pressure on the basketball court, not in the halls of Carrick Heights High. But when a normal Monday turns into a nightmare, Charlie draws on everything she’s learned from years of watching her dad and his best friend, Dr. Jack Abbott, work under fire. Trapped inside the school, she begins triaging her classmates with nothing but a first‑aid kit, instinct, and sheer will.
Across town, Charlie’s secret girlfriend and teammate, Juliana "Jules" Abramov, is stuck at The Pitt with Covid — along with Micah her twin brother — watching the crisis unfold on the news while Robby and the hospital brace for incoming students. As Jack works the scene, he notices a pattern: students are coming out with color‑coded bandaids. Someone inside is organizing triage. Someone brave. Someone who knows what they’re doing.
Jack suspects its Charlie, Robby prays he’s right. And Jules clings to the hope that Charlie is still alive.

Tony looks at the webbing appraisingly once more and makes an extremely impulsive decision, one that could change the course of both their lives.

Instead of jumping in joy or thanking him profusely like most people do when he offers them a job, Penny just looks confused.
“I already work here,” she says.
Tony stares at her blankly.
Or, in which Tony gets an intern, Natasha gets a hobby, and Penny gets a new family (a real one this time.)

Summary
Callie's been handling everything pretty well, she'd say. She's been taking her little sister, Phoebe, to school everyday, attending high school herself, then works each night at her cafeteria job in Stark Industries. She pays what bills she can, when her mother disappears for weeks at a time, and does her best to take care of Phoebe. Make sure she never goes through what she did.
But the funny thing about running away from your problems, is that it has a way of catching up with you. And Steve Rogers' (and the rest of the avengers) involvement in her life seems to accelerate that.

Summary
It takes a few excruciatingly long moments for Trinity to register the person who has scooped up the preschooler in his arms as Frank Langdon. As in: the senior resident that publicly humiliated her on her first day. The very same Frank Langdon that she reported for stealing drugs from patients. The beloved asshole of the Pitt whose life she ruined.
What the fuck.
When Trinity takes a part-time gymnastics coaching position, she certainly doesn’t expect one of her star students to share a last name with the senior resident she somehow managed to (sort of) fire a few months ago

Summary
If anyone asked, they would say that Dr Samira Mohan and Dr Trinity Santos were a surprising and unexpected couple; if that weren't for the fact that they're both feral disasters that were just socialised enough to hide that side of themselves inside the walls of PTMC.
This, your honour, is a love story, and a very chaotic one at that.

Instead of asking to talk to her privately, the way he'd envisioned in his head, Frank was cut off when Santos, after catching his eye, dropped her gaze and actually veered away instead of stopping to talk to him. Frank stopped in his tracks, frustration surging in his chest.
"What's her problem?" Frank asked Whitaker, a hypothetical more than anything.
Whitaker shrugged, both of them watching Santos stalk away into the locker room. "Just… be nice to her today."
Frank scowled. "What are you talking about? I'm always nice to her."

Summary
Langdon drags a hand across his face, not even looking at her anymore, but he still feels too close, way too close. “Jesus Christ.”
Trinity tries to breathe through the pounding in her heart.
“If you don’t take a few steps back, this is about to get a lot more humiliating for both of us,” she says tightly, hoping Langdon can’t hear the slight waver in her voice.
~~~
Getting stuck in a closet with a man who could hurt her is not a scenario which Trinity Santos is prepared to be calm about.
Summary
She didn’t catch it before, and she lost someone she loved. Santos would have to live with that guilt for the rest of her life. No way in hell would she let it happen twice.
Abbot glanced at her again, and this time Santos stared him down.
Good fucking luck with that, asshole.
He was trapped on this bitch of an earth just like the rest of them. Trinity was going to make damn sure of it.
...
When Santos becomes convinced that Abbot has moved from passively suicidal to active suicide risk, she takes matters into her own hands. She refuses to see another friend die.
