Summary
"Dabi?" Hawks called out, taking a step backwards. He swallowed. Maybe this was it. Maybe Dabi was going to kill him, after all. He was screwed. So screwed.
Too quickly, Dabi paced forwards, meeting him face to face. His shoes very nearly touched his, that's how close he was. Hawks tried to look away, tried to tear his eyes from that cold blue stare boring holes into his face. He couldn't. If he was going to die, he'd let those eyes be the last thing he saw.
"What are you doing?" Hawks whispered, his throat dry.
Dabi titled his head and grinned. His smile was something terrible, something dark and malicious and horrifying. Hawks tried to take another step back, and faltered when his foot hit nothing. He glanced back, and too late, he noticed the portal forming just behind him. Dabi had him cornered against it.
"I'm returning the favor," Dabi said, and with a laugh like a gunshot, he shoved Hawks through the swirling black vortex and dived in behind him.

Following the events of Furnace, Hawks is desperate to prove to the Commission he can still be trusted. Meanwhile, Dabi is trying to find a way to pay off his debt to Hawks.
Aka, the one where Dabi returns the favor.

Summary
Infiltrating the League of Villains had its ups and downs - the 'downs' often including Dabi's habit of breaking into Hawks' apartment, although he hadn't set Hawks on fire yet, so Hawks was calling it a net-win overall. When a snowstorm drives Hawks back home, though, and Dabi follows him - getting them both snowed - Hawks finding himself revealing a lot more about himself than he expected. Being groomed by the Commission to be the #2 Hero wasn't all that it was cracked up to be.

Hawks saw this assignment for what it was: An opportunity. He’s been going around in circles trying to find a way to escape, and everything leads to the same thing: recalibration training at best, and a slow death at the hands of the commission at worst. They are not expecting him to survive, he just needs to play that to his favor. He has never given the Commission a reason to doubt his loyalties, he can’t afford to unless he knows he’ll come out on the other side. So until then, he'll keep pretending everything is fine, that the food he eats doesn't taste like saw dust, that everything isn't dull around him and that he isn't so achingly lonely that he would do just about anything to feel like he belonged.Series

When Kaveh discovers that Alhaitham has been reading a book about human sexuality and kinks, he generously offers to assist Alhaitham with some sexual exploration. It’s a risky proposal, and one that could end very badly—thanks to their falling-out years ago, the two of them have trust issues galore.
But it turns out that Kaveh and Alhaitham are surprisingly good at trust and communication when it comes to sex…which raises some questions about the nature of their relationship, and where exactly this whole experiment is leading them.
“Look,” Kaveh says, “if you’re going to approach sexual pleasure like an experiment, most potential partners won’t take too kindly to the idea of you having sex with them for science. Therefore, to spare all the poor people you’d inevitably insult in your quest for data, I am willing to be that person.”
“How charitable of you,” Alhaitham says.
