Summary
Everyone has their breaking point, and when Abuela accuses Mirabel of hurting the family, she snaps.

A police box appears and a man asks her to run away. She accepts and is given a gift of her own. But she cannot go back home.
Mirabel leaves her universe and travels with the man who is named "The Doctor" and they both end up having many friends and foes along the way, and not to mention villains from outer space.

Summary
There is only so much a person can take before they snap.
When Abuela accuses Mirabel of hurting the family, a decade of self-repressed pain, anger and sadness explode like an overheated pressure cooker.
Mirabel rips Abuela apart, blowing her wrongdoings out for everyone to see, and it is the final straw.
Casita begins to collapse, and while trying to save the candle, Mirabel accidentally falls off the roof. In a desperate bid to save her, the magic grants Mirabel her own miracle, but not without great cost.
Waking up in an unfamiliar city with no memories of who she is, Mirabel navigates a world of heroes and villains, superpowers called “quirks”, finds a new family and creates a new identity, all while the family she left behind grapples with her loss and everything they once knew.

Bruno's vision after the failed gift ceremony he sees a second Casita being built in a faraway land. This leads to him leaving Encanto, discovering the truth about the family's gift, ending up in Japan, getting involved with the Yakuza and adopting a little girl. Thanks to the heroes who saved him he's able to contact his family and bring them to Japan. There they learn the truth of the "Miracle" and what it means for members of the family. Of course it means building that second Casita... right on the campus of the top hero school in Japan: UA! Please R&R!

The good news is that they still have cell service and the Wild Wild Pussy Cats were aware about the whole magical world gateway thing... thankfully an acquaintance/drinking buddy of theirs agrees to help them... unfortunately she's a wanted criminal and their way back was destroyed... Thankfully she has a human student who shows them the ropes of the world and some of them even get to attend the local magic school, but with an evil Emperor who they quickly become enemies with things wont be easy.
