Izuku squeezes the man's arm harder, nails practically cracking through his skin. He whispers, "because I'm a total loser who's going to die alone."
The pretty stranger guzzles down his own drink before sliding the empty glass back to the bartender. "Fine. Come with me," he orders without an ounce of hesitation.
"Okay." The stranger stands up and heads for the door. Izuku follows.

Izuku is a total romantic. The problem is, every relationship he’s been in has left Izuku utterly heartbroken. When these break ups threaten Izuku’s mental health, productivity, and impulsivity on a grander scale, his best friend/therapist Ochako instills a twelve month heart lockdown, in which Izuku doesn’t date anyone for a whole year.
The goal is to let Izuku focus on his own worth instead of the love from others. It starts off perfectly fine - that is, until Izuku has a one-night-stand with Katsuki, his apartment building neighbor.

His footsteps were loud as his boots slammed against the sidewalk. He wasn’t running, but he was close to it, his heart racing in his chest as his legs automatically led him to Bakugou’s apartment.
His phone buzzed with a text from Bakugou, and he nearly dropped it with how quickly he pulled the device from his pocket.
Deku: need you Kacchan
Deku: are you home?
Kacchan: Come over.Good thing Deku was already on his way. He knew it wasn’t a good decision. He shouldn’t be using Bakugou in the way he wanted to.
But Bakugou had said stress relief, and Deku was about a few bad thoughts away from a panic attack. Bakugou could fix it—fix him. Bakugou would make it better. He’d promised relief after all.

Or, Deku forgets that he can simply ask for a hug and goes the most backwards way about getting one.

He was probably the only one in the world who could have taken the weight of that admiration, and it says something that it still took him this long to accept it.
“But you were always going to be in my life. Constant pain in the ass, but. You always meant something to me.” A large part negative, a large part revelatory, always inevitable.

There’s only one reason left that Izuku can think of realistically that’s holding Kacchan back but he can’t explain it to anyone else. Because then that means facing something Izuku isn’t ready to acknowledge out loud.

Summary
Katsuki has mixed feelings about his two best friends, and Eijirou - the Katsuki related know it all he is - catches it before Katsuki even has the chance to come to the conclusion on his own. Eijirou waits for Katsuki to say something, and, big surprise, it never happens. He even tries to prompt the subject, but no such luck.
So, he gets a little annoyed in waiting.
Surely, there are better interventions than strapping his boyfriend down to watch as he fucks their two best friends, but Eijirou can be a little quick to jump the gun sometimes.
Over eager and a little stupid, he forms a plan.
Izuku and Shouto are all too happy to help, maybe just as dumb as he in their own rights to indulge in such stupidly reckless actions, but how can they pass up the chance to get Katsuki and Eijirou in bed when they’ve been crushing on the couple for years?
TLDR; Eijirou tricks Katsuki into watching him fuck their best friends in order to make him realize his feelings. There’s only two possible outcomes; they’re all found dead in the morning, or Katsuki lets loose a little.
Pray for Eijirou’s sake that it’s the latter that comes to pass.
