If Lynette truly cared as little for her brother's feelings as she sometimes pretended she did, she would have pointed out that Tartaglia and the Traveler were not at all friends. Begrudging partners-in-crime, more like. Still, Lynette stayed quiet, feeling as if they were missing a piece of the puzzle. The one that tied the picture together, giving a clear view of the man Aether truly was. At that moment, Freminet gave a little gasp and looked up at his siblings.
“You don’t know,” he said, with those void-like eyes of his opened wide.

Deep admiration.” Malleus turned to him, taking both of his hands into his own and drawing him so close, they were almost pressed against one another, their noses nearly touching. He stared down at him, slitted pupils dilated, his breath warm on Yuusei’s cheek as he whispered, “I am enchanted by you."
