Wrote this after a year of not writing (and also right as I got into dandys world)
Anyways actual summary:
Shrimpo gets elected as the distractor for floor 13, of which hosts Dandy - the most dangerous twisted of the bunch. Of course, leaving Shrimpo, of all toons, to distract Dandy may seem like a bad idea, but that shrimp has his ways.
