This draft covers two previously undisclosed periods of time from the later era of the League of Villains as well as the early formation of the Paranormal Liberation Front. This writing also sheds lights on the true nature of the relationship between Spinner, aka Iguchi Shuuichi, and Shigaraki Tomura, now known as Shimura Tenko.
