“My cute little analyst, always telling stories, always humming tunes with that angelic voice…” Izuku’s mind went black with overstimulation, “If I kidnapped you, would anybody notice?”Was that…casual? The night before? Maybe drunk talk?
“Work?” Aizawa mumbled, confusion lacing his tone, “But you always have night shift at the station.” The man finally opened one eye, looking up at the omega before tugging him even further against himself.

Izuku, quirkless, an omega and struggling with money, has two jobs. Aizawa doesn't like that, especially after the hero revealed his true feeling for the other the night before, so he does something about it.

Okay, this is a lot more nerve wracking than Hitoshi thought.
Logically he knows that Dad and Hizashi wouldn't care about him being bisexual, or they'd be huge hypocrites. But this is still not easy, at least for Hitoshi.

Shinsou comes out to his parent(s), filled to the brim with nerves, but he and Midoriya agreed to do it. So here he is.

“Izuku...” her voice came out low, almost like a growl. On unsteady feet, she stalked toward him. “Why are they growing back!? Always the same with you, Izukun!” she screamed, yanking at the roots of his wings where she cut them off a month ago, pulling out the baby feathers.
Even after all these years, Izuku still tried to fight it, heels dragging against the floor - until she yanked at the bones in his feet with her quirk. He cried out as she slammed him onto the counter, heart pounding. “M-Mom, please! Don’t—please don’t do this!” he begged, eyes wide with panic.
The knife came down before he could blink.

Summary
Midoriya ignored them while pulling Shinsou’s phone away from his ear and tapping a few times before putting the phone back to his ear “Dad?”
Dad? As in father?
Huh. Denki remembers Bakugou mentioning something about his uncle and how he left when he was still a child. Is the uncle Midoriya’s dad? It would make sense, Bakugou has called Midori’s mom ‘Auntie’ before, so it wouldn’t be a wonder if he did the same with the other.
“It’s m-mom, she -she left”

Inko finally left Izuku, thinking she deserves much more than him. Hisashi Midoriya, aka, All for One doesn't think so, he won't give her the easy way out, but first, he needs to see that his son is safe- wait, why is he at UA?

Summary
Shouta took the papers without a word. Mostly standard: release forms, clearance, a summary of his work history signed off by his boss.
Then he noticed them tucked between the documents. A stack of letters worn around the edges, his name scrawled across the front in different handwriting.
Fan mail.
He raised an eyebrow as he held up the letters. “What’s this?” he asked, just to be sure.
She glanced down, then gave a dismissive wave, “Oh, those? Fan mail. Mostly from one person. We don’t know how they got the address, but it’s underground division policy; No public interaction, so we kept them.”
His grip tightened slightly.
“You kept my mail?”

Midoriya was a nEraserhead Fanboy from the start and wrote him letters since he was a child, but the hero never got them. Now that he quit the agency he finally found out and will read them all.

Summary
They all startle when the curtain is ripped open, rattling the entire frame from the force of it.
“What the fuck is going on in here?” Robby nearly shouts, voice gruff and raised.
His eyes are frantic as he searches the room, finally settling on where Dennis is. He makes his way forward, falling to Dennis' side and swallowing roughly.
“Hi,” Dennis winces, knowing how much trouble he’s about to be in.
“Why the fuck was I not informed about his earlier?” he demands, “not only as Dennis’ emergency contact, but at the fucking cheif of this ER department?”
They all avoid eye contact, and Dennis sighs, drawing his attention back.
“It’s my fault, don’t blame them,” he pleads, "I asked them to not tell you yet.”
Robby looks almost hurt at his words, jaw clenching as if struck.

or Dennis gets hurt and decides against medical advice (that he is trained in) to walk to the hospital instead of calling for help and somehow convicts the team to not tell Robby about it. As completely expected, this backfires entirely.

Summary
Night shift is always hard on Dennis. Working with Abbot is even harder. It's like working with a fucking psychic— somehow, Abbot always looks as if he can see right through him. If he thought Robby was bad, Abbot is ten times worse. Because he pushes. Where Robby pulls back, Abbot takes his place with a fucking battering ram.
It would almost be impressive how perceptive Abbot is if he weren’t so focused on using that ability to strip Dennis right down to the bone, then break those in half like the marrow holds words that Dennis might be hiding.
or
Dennis has epilepsy and not enough medication. Rationing pills can't be that bad for you, right? Jack and Robby will understand. ...Right?
