Summary
Waking up at home was like waking up from a nightmare. One that he’d lived for two years.
He remembered. Everything that had stayed out of his reach for so long he could remember. He was Izuku Midoriya, his moms name was Inko, he was from Japan in the year 22xx, and there were no pokémon here. There were no Wardens or Nobels, No Galaxy Team or Bandits or Volo, No Legends, No Akari.
He was never going to see them again.

Upon completing the Pokédex, Arceus keeps it's end of the bargain and returns Izuku to his home at the very moment he left. With no warning of this, Izuku struggles to grapple with a modern world he only so recently remembered. His friends he made in Hisui are a world away in the distant past, all but dead now. His whole world has tilted and everything feels uncertain
But he has his team. He has his memories, and his mom back.
Izuku will be a hero. Of that, there is little doubt.

Summary
All for One is Hisashi Midoriya. I've seen lots of fics where Izuku gets a version of AFO, but what if his quirk wasn't a copy of his father's like that. Consider instead: Quirk Blueprints. Izuku is able to see someone's quirk as a blueprint/diagram. He can see all the details and the upper and lower limits and drawbacks. He can also alter it. He can't change the fundamental nature of a quirk, but he can mess with the settings.

Stumbling like a newborn deer, Izuku leapt at his hero. He latched onto the man as he leapt into the air, sliding down his legs as he clung on for dear life.
Oh, Izuku thought calmly. Maybe All Might isn’t immune to bad luck.
All Might stumbled on his landing, which made sense seeing as his pants were currently hanging around his ankles.
Oh god -
Izuku would really like the universe to just kill him now.
He’d just pantsed the symbol of peace.

or, most kids would kill to get a quirk. Izuku, whose quirk gives him monumental bad luck, would rather just be quirkless, thanks.
