"As you can see, me appointing you as principal is the only logical decision available,"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Or: Nezu goes on a week long business trip and makes Aizawa the temporary principal while he's gone, giving him all the powers the principal of UA would normally have. Aizawa, prepared to use this power to it's full capacity, silently vows to make as many changes to UA as he can in a single week. He appoints Midoriya as his secretary for the time being and together they wreak havoc among the school, showing no mercy to any obstacle in their path (And maybe becoming father and son along the way). The rest of the staff and students are left to sit back and watch as everything they know goes up in flames.

aizawa shouta, pro hero eraserhead, or rather known as aizawa sensei by his students was a notorious hard head. he was stern and harsh, sometimes simply straight up terrifying, even earning him the title ‘demon sensei’ from his older classes.
shouta likes this image of himself. he is very proud of it.
a lesser known fact was that shouta likes kids. it was basically woven into his dna the moment he presented as an omega. he was content to raise his students within this professional context. happy to be able to support them, help them harness their potential and watch them grow into successful heroes.
all in all, shouta cares greatly for his students, his kids until they aren’t. he was satisfied with the life he had built for himself.
until now, that is, when his number one problem child decides that he wants shouta to reconsider his life choices- because by god, was his problem child testing his self control on reeling in his instincts and his loud, loud, LOUD omega desperate to snatch the puppy up as his own.

“Full Cowling,” Katsuki whispers, staring and grasping for words. “What the fuck.”
Deku is standing near Katsuki’s feet, back bowed forward like Atlas and body lit up with a green so bright it’s incandescent. Blackwhip escapes from his arms in countless tendrils, lightning arcs off his body every second, and there’s a faint tremble running through his legs.

Izuku knew he wasn’t Present Mics favourite student-- But over time, piece by piece, Present Mic had become Izuku’s favourite hero.
Which was why he was here, kicking his feet over the edge of the rooftop as he watched the sun set over what was left of Musutafu.
