Summary
In the horrifying wake of the Temple sacking, Obi-Wan finds four precious younglings still alive, and flings himself into the Force on a wish and a prayer, hoping to find a place of safety for them all. He finds a better one than he could have dreamed of, an oasis of kindness in a galaxy gone Dark and mad. But this oasis has its own strangeness and secrets. If Obi-wan and the children can adapt, they may have a safe place to rest, heal, and even restart the Order. But adapting means Obi-wan must face some hard truths about himself, Anakin, and the Order as they knew it. The results will change the fate of the galaxy, forever.

Summary
While on the trail of a serial killer terrorizing Blüdhaven, Dick Grayson runs into a pair of mysterious strangers who claim to have knowledge of the unknowable forces that have been lurking on the edges of reality, beings from another world that feed on suffering and turn men into monsters. These Fears have been haunting Dick since he was a child, hungering and waiting, and they are almost ready to strike. Gotham City is about to become ground zero for a crisis unlike anything they have seen before.
As the city, the people he loves, and his own sense of reality begin to warp, and the end of the world seems closer every day, Dick will need to face Fear itself and discover who-if anyone-he can trust, before the universe itself becomes home to nightmares.

Summary
In one universe, Obi-Wan Kenobi became a Padawan to Qui-Gon Jinn after the mess that was Bandomeer and ended up living through the destruction of the Jedi Order as he knows it.
In this universe, Qui-Gon Jinn refuses to be swayed into taking a Padawan even after everything that happens on Bandomeer and leaves Obi-Wan Kenobi to his fate as a member of the Agri-Corps. However, his fate was to become a Jedi Master to be written down in the annals of history, not a farmer on some backwater planet in the Outer Rim. Throw in some bone-crushing pats on the back from the Force and some liberal abuse of legal and temple loopholes by a hated, barebones, and struggling Service Corps and you have the perfect mixture to throw Obi-Wan even further than he ever could have made it otherwise.
Only time will tell, however, if it will be enough to overcome the Thousand Year plot of the Sith.
