Summary

"Yes sir." Izuku said, he couldn't meet the detective in the eye.
"And not only did you kidnap a traumatized child, you torture the yakuza and cut off Overhual's hands."
"That wasn't me, sir." Izuku sunk into the chair as the detective stare down the boy. These cuffs were really not helping him.
"Then who else was there? We found you alone with the girl."
"I didn't do it. The devil was the one who torture the birds." Izuku could just feel the cackling of a certain rooster-headed cat, even if the cuffs were canceling his quirk.
