Not that Obi-Wan was difficult to shop for. He’d be happy with a sapling or a new tea, for kark’s sake. But this was Obi-Wan’s fortieth, and the first they’d celebrate as lovers instead of the ambiguous relationship they’d fallen into during the Clone Wars, fueled by adrenaline and despair, reaching for each other with bloodied hands to reaffirm that they were both alive—sometimes less than whole, but alive.
So it had to be something special.
What the hell had made Anakin think lingerie was the way to go?
Padmé placed her palms on his cheeks, forcing him to stare down at her upturned face. “Anakin Skywalker, are you seriously thinking that Obi-Wan isn’t going to want to rip this off you the moment he sees it?”

Summary
Obi-Wan rolled his shoulders and straightened his spine. The feeling of being watched intensified and split off into something more tangible; he cracked open his eye and glanced to the right. A bush of aura blossoms shook and he heard a distinct, tiny, ekekeke noise come from somewhere within. He bit down a smile and pretended not to hear it. The bush growled and shook again, then an orange and blue blur launched from within the iridescent flowers and landed on him.
Obi-Wan's morning meditation is interrupted by a little Togruta youngling who wants some attention.

There was a tug on Obi-Wan's robes. He startled and looked down into a pair of the biggest, bluest eyes he'd ever seen. There was a tiny orange Togruta youngling at his feet, barely coming up to his knees, with stubby blue-and-white lekku framing her face. She whimpered, eyes brimming with unshed tears, and held up two fat little arms in the universal request for up.
Obi-Wan Kenobi is minding his own business in the Temple when he's suddenly accosted by a wide-eyed Togruta toddler who doesn't speak a word of Basic. He's pretty sure she's hungry, though.
