Summary
Billy doesn't really understand why everybody is looking so serious and sending Superman so many sad looks. He thinks this is an adult thing, that he'll understand when he's older.
This meeting was made to talk about Superman's clone- which makes him jealous, he wishes he had a clone buddy too -and he doesn't know why everybody is so stumped.
He guesses as an adult among other adults, he obviously has to voice his own thoughts as well.
(Which, again, he thought was kinda obvious but adults were weird like that he guesses)

“My boyfriend’s clone/cousin/daughter from another earth (Universe? Reality?) destabilised. She’s a ghost by the way. So I am pregnant with her, and therefore would like paternity or maternity leave- since I’m pregnant- for 5-6 more months, and will need leave for 2-4 months after having the baby. Oh and I don’t really need to be benched, but I think he would be more comfortable if I wasn’t working too hard while pregnant.”
