Summary
Steve thinks it is the dumbest plan on the planet when Bucky proposes they get married so Steve can have health insurance.
"We don’t tell anyone and no one is going to figure it out. We live together, I already go with you to most of your appointments. It will be fine. We get married, you get on my insurance, and get your heart surgery. When you graduate in the spring, Stark’ll hire you, and then you’ll have your own insurance. Besides, I’m deploying for a year in September. We can get a divorce when I get back. No one ‘ll be the wiser. Let me take care of you in this way.”
And Steve says yes. Not for the insurance, but because he has been in love with Bucky since before he knew what that meant.
