Dick’s been in bad situations before, but this one is different. No mask, no gear, no backup. Just him, tied up and about to be auctioned off to the highest bidder. After two failed escape attempts, a familiar mercenary is brought in to guard him. He should be terrified. But Slade has always meant safety - even when he shouldn’t. So when the situation spirals, he expects to be caught by his safety net. Too bad Slade doesn’t know who Dick Grayson is.

Summary
Nightwing is hit by a spell that has takes about a decade off his age. This whole situation would be a footnote in a report if that were the only problem, but about a decade ago he didn’t know Jason, Tim or Damian. Dick had left the vigilant life behind so he wasn’t in contact with Bruce or anyone from their teams and communities. Oh and Bruce is off world with Clark and Diana so there is no help from that corner.
His other little problem doesn’t appear in any aspect of this life he now lives and he is left to ask what happened?

Richard Grayson. What an utterly dull name for such a magnificent man. Slade is not embarrassed in the slightest to admit that he has the kid memorized. Dick is like a test that Slade is always studying for, always passing, and always retaking just for the hell of it.
