Summary
Robert wasn't sure what he was expecting when he returned to his apartment that night, but it certainly wasn't to find a dishevelled teen standing in the middle of his living room, looking like he ran through all kinds of hell all whilst staring at him like a lost, wet stray.
Nor was he expecting for the two of them to just. Stare at each other for god knows how long. Felt like an hour but was probably closer to five minutes realistically.
After the events of Dispatch, Robert Robertson comes home the next night to discovered a dirty and injured teenager standing in the middle of his living room, and soon becomes a father figure for the kid who desperately needs good parental figures.
Meanwhile Danny Fenton who has been living on the streets for about a month after accidentally revealing himself as Danny Phantom to his parents and was currently being hunted by the GIW, is confused as hell on why some random office worker would just let him chill in his apartment after breaking in. Better than living on the streets at least. Plus, the guy's got a cute dog.

Valoren "Havoc" Dawson is a burned-out paramedic and part-time mechanic who just wants quiet shifts, fixable engines, and neighbors who don't blow up their own basement. Instead, she gets the Fentons... and a white-haired ghost kid who keeps saving the city and nearly dying in the process. Every time the sky turns green, Valoren is the one patching up "totally normal" injuries, dragging half-frozen teenagers out of alleys, and pretending she doesn't see the patterns lining up.
She doesn't know how Danny Fenton is tangled up with Phantom. She doesn't know why ectoplasm glows on her gauze or how a human boy keeps walking away from hits that should kill him. What she does know is trauma, triage, and the sick weight of being too late-and she refuses to let these kids become another set of ghosts.
So Havoc lays down field rules for idiot heroes, turns her garage into a safe house, and quietly inserts herself into Team Phantom as their unofficial medic, driver, and disaster aunt. She thought she was just keeping three stubborn teenagers alive.
The ghost war has other plans.

Superman held onto hope out of nothing more than sheer refusal to admit Jimmy was dead. And that hope was rewards when he finally hears Jimmy calling for his help. But Jimmy's changed, he's got powers mimicking Clark's own and an orb in a jar he claims is a missing hero. He also doesn't have a heartbeat.
Whisking his friend away to the Watchtower for his safety, Superman and Jimmy try to figure out what this new normal is while Clark's friends help hunt down the GIW and the laws the operate under. Only to discover this leads to an old enemy who never gave up his plans for dominion over Life and Death. Which it turns out is way more of a gray area than anyone anticipated.

Kon-El comes back from the dead to find his boyfriend, Tim, has endured the death of most of his friends, been stripped of his mantle, joined the League of Assassins (briefly), lost Bruce to the timestream and brought him back, and come out of this all with a host more obsessive traits. He does not handle this well.
Tim's boyfriend comes back from the dead, and all he wants is to keep him *safe.* But everyone seems to think he's insane for doing this.
Danny just wants to study aerospace engineering someplace he's unlikely to get kidnapped and dissected (again). But when he overhears a certain vigilante nearly in tears while on the phone with some guy who sounds like a dick...well, he can't keep his nose out of it. Combine that with a unfairly hot, extremely sleep-deprived regular at his coffee shop, and Danny is getting way more caught up in Gotham drama than he ever intended.

Summary
Danny is just trying to survive his shitty afterlife in peace at this point. He was forced to leave his home dimension because the anti-ghost sentiments spiraled out of control, and before he knew it, nukes destroyed or poisoned everything and he was the only one still alive. After fighting his way back to the Infinite Realms, Clockwork to send him somewhere he can heal as he grieves.
Gotham is not what he expects. The city spirit is tearing itself apart and Danny doesn't know how to help. Danny may have had a panic attack when he notices the changes to both of his forms and the colour difference of ectoplasm in this dimension, but on a humorous note, he finds out that the locals think he's a vampire. He figures that it's close enough to true and doesn't correct them.
It's all fun and games til the local vigilantes find out about him.

Gotham has shown up on the Infinite Realms’ violation list one too many times.
Resurrections, Lazarus pits, an absurd death rate, and a liminal saturation reading that makes ancient ghosts swear—if someone doesn’t fix it, the automatic solution is quarantine. As in: cut the entire city off from the living world.
Enter Danny Fenton, very tired Ghost King, sent to perform a “royal inspection.”
He’s expecting hauntings, maybe a cult or two. He’s not expecting a semi-sentient city, a legion of bat-themed vigilantes, and one very angry, very Lazarus-tainted ex-Robin who’s technically a walking afterlife violation.
The Infinite Realms want a verdict. Gotham wants to live. Jason Todd would like everyone to stop talking about his soul.
Danny is just trying not to condemn an entire city before he’s had enough coffee.
