Summary
Jaskier grasped Geralt’s body from under the armpits and tugged hard, attempting to drag his friend away. The acid on Geralt’s armor ate his flesh and Jaskier screamed, yet his hold remained firm.
He felt his arms and hands burn as he continued to drag the Witcher deeper into the forest, towards the stream. The acidic smell was nauseating, already threatening to pull him unconscious. With slow, painful steps, he dragged the Witcher to the stream, burning his fingers as he ripped the armor off his friend, the acid already eating through his gloves. The pain in his fingers was agonizing, drawing tears from his eyes as he divested his friend from the armor, then dragged him into the shallow water to wash the acid away.
(A contract turned wrong leaves Geralt and Jaskier injured)

Summary
When Jaskier is taken hostage by a group bent on exacting revenge against a certain witcher, he learns first-hand how Geralt earned the title 'Butcher of Blaviken.'
Geralt, for his part, has to deal with having indirectly brought the harm to the bard, and having revealed the horrors of which he his capable.
They're both a bit of a mess, but, of course, they work things out as only they can.

Summary
Juliana Alfreda Pankratz, Viscountess of Lettenhove, only daughter of Earl Beaumont Dustin Pankratz and Countess Clemence Aura Pankratz is set to be married to Prince Radovid V when she returns from Oxenfurt University. They, of course, didn’t say she had to come straight back so, you know, she doesn’t.
This leads her to meet Geralt and you know the rest. They adventure together, get into fights on mountains, and make up in forests.
Then Nilfgaard invades Cintria because Emhyr var Emreis wants to marry his pre-teen daughter and Geralt raises an army of witchers to take over the north. Because of course that would be a reasonable response, so now she has to help them navigate the new world they've thrown themselves into.

Summary
Before Geralt's threats can go any farther, Jaskier clears his throat, intentionally loud, the way he does when he wants attention from someone, usually Geralt. He tips up his head, flicking a stray leaf from his hair. The tremors are gone. There’s something hard in his expression that wasn’t there before. Gracefully, he rises to his feet.
“Well,” he says. “Guess that’s that, then.” Even in his bedclothes, with blood on his neck, he commands the bandits’ attention like they are his audience. With a flourish, he bows. “Jaskier the Bard, at your service.”
When Geralt and Jaskier are caught off guard one night by a group of bandits, Jaskier has to use some unorthodox tactics to save them both. Geralt catches on - eventually.

It’s an awful day.
Mel doesn’t know exactly why she gets like this, but sometimes her senses are just dialed up to a thousand, and the fluorescent lights and frantic sounds of the E.D. make her want to vomit. (Well, they always a little bit make her want to vomit, but sometimes they make her actually pretty sure she’s going to have to run to the bathroom and vomit).
That’s bad enough, but then sometimes, she gets a patient who notices she’s a little off and wants to personally inform her of their feelings about it.

There’s another cough. It’s louder this time, and deeper still, and Geralt turns his head, trying to peer into the rubble. He opens his mouth, but Jaskier’s name sticks in his throat, his tongue still coated with dust. Grit crunches between his molars as he swallows.
“J’sk’r?”
He hears the shifting of rocks, and the scratch of silk against craggy stone. It’s quickly followed by a mumbled groan of pain. The noise is weak, but so oddly close that Geralt flinches at the sound. Without thinking, he stretches his hand out, the sleeve of his tunic scraping along the floor until his fingertips brush against warm flesh.
“Jaskier?” he tries again, more urgently.

Since finding him under that cart, Jaskier looks the most like himself, even dressed in peasant’s clothes and with scrapes and bruises up his arms and palms. He smiles a crooked smile, one filled with that youthful spark Geralt is sure will never leave him no matter how old he gets. Geralt rests a palm on his knee, trying his best to convey the press of emotion he feels behind his teeth still going unsaid.
I’m sorry. Don’t go. Let me protect you. I love you. It hits him, then, what it all means, and he hopes to the gods Jaskier will one day understand.
