As a child, Izuku Midoriya thought he was Quirkless. That is, until he discovered his luck was far worse— he did have a Quirk. One that granted him the ability to steal other Quirks. Desperate to prove to his classmates, to their parents, and to the world that he's not the villain his Quirk suggests he is, he dreams of becoming a Pro Hero. If only his Quirk just wasn't so villainous. That might make the process a bit easier.

“So do I actually.” Banjo said.
“Me too.”
“Me too.”
The last ones to add on were Nana and En, sounding as perplexed as all of them felt.
Everyone looked at Hikage.
“Oh I never had shellfish.”
“How.”
“Acquiring shellfish was not high on my list of priorities at the time.” Hikage said stiffly.
Banjo raised an eyebrow. “What was on your list of priorities then?”
“Strengthening One for All and not dying at the hands of All for One?”
“Oh right, I forgot about that.”
Hikage gave him an incredulous look. “How-”“Hey Nana.” Yoichi said conversationally. “Do you happen to know if Eighth has a shellfish allergy?”
(Quirks aren't the only thing One for All is stockpiling and passing down.)

Summary
All Izuku wanted was to become a hero...
But when his quirk - Rogue - finally manifested, all anybody said was that he was going to go villain. A desperate late-night search into underground heroics with few results left Izuku feeling crushed.
Months later, the bullying is worse than ever and Izuku's been arrested for a crime he didn't commit. Thankfully, Tsukauchi Naomasa is there to vouch that his words are the truth. The underground hero on site didn't believe Izuku even after it was confirmed that Izuku was innocent.
Now his parents are dead, and Izuku has been rescued by Aizawa Shouta. He's thrilled to be living with Present Mic and Eraserhead but what happens when the person who killed his parents shows up again? Izuku was never destined to be a hero.
