Once a few years, Omegas instead of a regular heat went through what is called a S-heat. S-heats were like a flu, but all the pain and symptoms were severely intensified. The last time Kimi had a heat like this, he had to be rushed to the hospital and afterwards needed a month to recover. It was safe to say neither of them were looking forward to the repetition of that time. Especially Kimi, who always despised his second gender and the painful heats definitely did not help the case.

Summary

Zoro loves his crew, that's a fact. Though not obvious, his love was more subtle, like a safety net; always there for the crew when they needed it, even if they didnt know it. His presence had always kept the crew feel safe, his never-faltering guard and protectiveness for every one of them, the way he would somehow always neglect his pains and sacrifice his own body just to make sure the rest of the crew would not reach harm's way.
