He landed silently near the mouth of the alley, peaking into it.Someone stumbled further in, likely the source of the random light. The guy was frantic, looked around his age, and seemed familiar. He was also, notably, injured. He held his arm and curled inward on himself. There was a head wound peaking out of his hairline, sluggishly bleeding.
Chin-length dark hair. Small build. He was wearing what looked like the base layer for Eraserhead’s costume. No goggles or capture scarf, but keeping the utility belt.
The guy was drenched.
This was looking more and more like a quirk accident rather than a test. It wasn’t even a villain attack. Not from how disoriented the guy looked.
