Prowl’s engine was purring gently where he lay on top of Jazz, his helm squished between Jazz’s neck and shoulder. His soft exvents ghosted over Jazz’s own plating, warm and comforting, and Jazz felt that same joy run through him that he always did when holding Prowl close.
He’s so amazing. He’s amazing and he loves me.

Arcee wants to scream. She wants to shoot Megatron and his army of imbeciles in their faces until there is nothing left of them to shoot. She wants to hit the walls and drive far, far too fast and she wants to cry but as her hand grips tighter on the back of the co-pilots chair and Jack looks up at her with concern she instead schools her features into an expression she hopes is ‘reassuring’ but probably comes across as ‘pained’ and holds herself together.

Rodimus could not be happier for them. Really. Truly.
He always feels so warm spending time with them, so full of affection, but as the evening creeps along and Minimus calls the end of the night the warmth starts dissipating from his frame, and as he exits Megatron and Minimus's hab and heads to his own, waving goodbye to Drift and Ratchet as they retreat to theirs, there is nothing left but the cold something that always makes its appearance in his spark and the feeling that it'll never quite be enough. -

In the aftermath of the time travel incident, Perceptor made a resolution to get to know his lab partner better. He didn’t anticipate that he’d grow so fond of Brainstorm in the process. Blindsided by a rare and deadly illness, he realizes that he’s miscalculated the depths of his regard.
Perceptor is determined to study and cure the disease with Brainstorm none the wiser. Unfortunately, feelings have never been his area of expertise.

“What are you doing?”
“Percy! Hi!” Brainstorm’s voice is a note too high, just a hint too desperate, for the attempt at casual he’s clearly trying for. He turns, leaning on the window like he wasn’t just trying to pull it open, and incidentally proving Perceptor’s speculation behind the reasons for all of this correct in the process. “I’m just, uh… testing the, uh…”
He looks around the room like it’ll give him an excuse, but there isn’t one to be found. Hesitantly, Perceptor takes a step toward him, but stops when it makes Brainstorm balk like a trapped animal. “Brainstorm. Tell me why you’re bleeding.”
Brainstorm's latest invention puts him in a rough spot; go to the medics for help and have his recently-lax freedoms restricted for committing science unsupervised in his habsuite, or let Perceptor help him instead, when said help just so happens to require baring his spark.

As Optimus walked, he heard a rustle behind himself and paused. He turned around to see the seeker shrink back behind a tree. His wings stuck out on either side.
Optimus frowned. “What… are you doing?”
The seeker peeped out at him.
“Um, following you,” he mumbled, his wings twitching.After an accident during a skirmish with the seekers, Optimus finds himself stranded in the middle of nowhere with no way of communicating his comrades. Luckily, he has a companion.
Unluckily, it's the impertinent teleporter.
