She smiled at him – and wasn't it nice, to be able to see her smile without feeling that sharp pang in his chest? To be able to see her smile and be grateful that they were still friends? – and showed him the phone.
Clark leaned forward, and flinched slightly.
It was a photo, which was actually not very clear, of him, Batman and Robin.It was on a pseudo-journalistic blog, one of those where students in the journalism college began to write while waiting to work for a real newsroom.
The title made him blush.

Honestly, they should've seen this coming. They've already ended up in another world once when they died the first time, who's to say it wouldn't happen again?
And, yeah. It happened again. They died (for the second time, how fun!) and now they're back in Japan, apparently with some type of magic system called Quirks, so they might as well cause some chaos while they're here. Just to keep people on their toes!

Summary
After the war, Bumblebee had grown tired of expectations costantly forced on him, of duties that never ended, of being told who he was supposed to be.
At first, he hunted Decepticons with his team on Earth. But then the council stepped in, insisting he attend the Academy to "refine his skills", because apparently — he wasn't good enough in his job for them.
A year later, framed for a murder he didn’t commit, Bumblebee fled. Branded a fugitive, he vanished into the underground and became something else: an assassin, striking from the shadows to target the Council that betrayed him.
Eventually he got captured, the Council deemed him too dangerous for prison and sentenced him to the shadowzone.
But something went wrong.
Instead of exile, he woke up on the Nemesis—Megatron’s warship. Mid-war in the past.
Though it's just a nightmare, right?
