Shigaraki's hands grab thin air instead of Dabi's arm and he snarls in frustration. Dabi knows the omega was inches away from decaying him entirely.
The heady smell of angry preheat seeps into the air. Rather than lunging a second time, Shigaraki stands in the doorway guarding his nest. He looks like shit. Weak and shaking on his feet, skin flushed. It's the worst Dabi's ever seen him.
"Oi. We don't have time for this," Dabi says flatly. "Unless you want to be stuck here, we have to go."
