Roon was a difficult person to understand.
On the surface, she seemed simple -single-minded even- but there was always complexity, a reasoning for why she was who she was. Violence was just her answer to things that she couldn't process, anger a simple outlet to emotions she found befuddling, a fearsome reputation to hide behind so that she'd never have to deal with others that caused her to think in such ways. For the one who ventured close, who dared to accept, he found none more intense, more impassioned, and more aimless than she.
