UPDATED: Chapter 1 is completed and I will now be finishing this as part of my story "You can close your eyes to reality, but not to the memories".

I may do another story with the same quote as a central idea but this is essentially what I think may have happened if John took Felicity home while the oxycodone took control of her brain :). Summary
What happened during the time where the Count had Felicity? Just a small look into a potential past of Felicity and how it made her fight for the city so important. Set after 2.07. The first chapter is just Felicity and basically just gives context, but later chapters explore the importance of Felicity's abduction and team dynamics.

A lil fluff piece. This was meant to be really short and just adorable but of course (being me) it ended up being much longer and there is some underlying storyline. I wasn't intending to do another one, but I have an idea for a couple more stories that can link, so let me know if you want them! Thank you so much for the support on my other story "What a bullet can do" and I promise I will finish it soon. I just have a few essays to write for school. And responsibilities. The air turns to ice in Peter's lungs.
It takes all his strength not to drop the glass he's holding, and all his self-control not to break it. Spiders skitter down his spine and across his skin. The food in his throat becomes stone, and he thinks he might choke.
He closes his mouth, though he doesn't know when he opened it. Ben frowns. May's eye twitches.
Peter's smile cracks and splinters,
