Summary
In the Defernull AU….
After showing up following a 7 year absence, Spamton thinks he can convince Tenna he’s a changed man. Tenna is not so convinced, but he sees an opportunity, and decides to “sweet talk” Spamton into signing a contract saying that he’ll never leave him again.
Overtime, Tenna realizes how much he actually missed Spamton despite his effort to convince everyone that he hates his guts, and when Spamton slips back into old habits, he feels justified in punishing him.

La desaparición del famoso Spamton G. Spamton no sólo atrajo la atención de los periódicos de la época, si no también de sus propios conocidos y gente cercana a él. Dejó toda una vida por detrás, sin una explicación clara del por qué decidió hacerlo. Tenna sigue conservando cierta amargura respecto al tema, pero su hija, Piper, no encuentra paz en la incertidumbre, así que tomó la arriesgada decisión de buscar respuestas sobre su paradero, o al menos, tener una idea clara del por qué decidió abandonarlo todo cuando estaba viviendo en la cima. Sin embargo, tendrá que cruzar por rutas peligrosas.
Básicamente, la hija de Spamton decide salir a buscarlo porque nadie en el TV World sabe donde está.

“I sell cars,” Spamton had replied, back when Tenna was addressing him. “If you talk [Big] with nothing to back it up, people think you’re a hack.”
“Well,” Tenna said, “are you?”
Spamton sprayed the compressed air into his smug face.
That would have been preferable to drowning in insulation foam and getting licked clean by a clown (“HANDS OFF THE [[Officil Merchandise]]!!”). Jevil’s nuisance was missed as soon it was over though, because then all he had was the realization that that was his last chance. To do what, he isn’t sure. To demand an apology. To explain why he ran away. To scream at him. To break that stupid screen himself, just to get it over with, and crawl inside there never to emerge. Then at least they’d be together.

Second chapter: Tenna's seen this episode before, and he knows how it'll end. But Spamton always kept a twist up his sleeve.
