Even though Draco and Astoria got engaged regardless of their families’ disapproval, they have not been able to secure a wedding at the beautiful Quennell Park, the Greengrass family mansion.Daphne had no trouble getting married because, as Mr Greengrass put it, she happened to not pick an ex-Death Eater as a fiancé. But after spending all day at her sister’s happy wedding, Astoria is fed up.
If Astoria could make it out of the war alive with the man she loved, then she could do what ever the hell she pleased… Namely, Draco Malfoy.

Astoria Greengrass starts to untangle her feelings for Draco Malfoy, but his feelings for her aren't so clear. As far as their budding relationship goes, it isn't ideal that Astoria sees more of Pansy's rage than Draco's affection on any given day.Astoria tries to put her energy elsewhere — writing music and studying the furtive art of Legilimency (which she isn't sure is totally legal).
But no amount of Legilimency could have warned her to the secrets Draco was keeping just out of reach.

She might have lucked out and tested into her year, but she has as much trouble keeping up with her marks as she does with Draco Malfoy's unending comments.Astoria comes across a bit too formal and nerdy and has trouble making large groups of friends. Yet she quickly befriends Rhiannon Clarke, the only Muggle-born Slytherin on the record. The two might be coming from completely different backgrounds, but they're as inseparable as can be. It would help, though, if Draco didn't treat Rhiannon like some sort of public hazard. It wasn't like You-Know-Who was around, right?
