Summary
In one reality, Uzumaki Naruto is an only child. In this one, he have a twin brother.
In one reality, Uzumaki Naruto studied under the Toad Sage Jiraiya. In this one, he somehow adopted the Snake Sage Orochimaru.
In that reality, Uzumaki Naruto sacrificed himself to bring down a Goddess. In this one, he returned to the starting line the long way around.
Overpowered but lackadaisical, Naruto just want to live life with his beautiful Hinata but he still have a certain shadow to beat the shit out of before he can finally get that promised fairytale ending. Wish him luck. They will need it.

Summary
“Look, if there’s a mess Sasuke, you’re the one that left it.” Naruto leaned against the railing on the stairway, then held out a hand to block Sasuke from passing. “Once Hinata and I get married, those boys are as good as my nephews.” It was a nasty, complex situation, and Naruto understood that, but it didn’t change the facts.
Sasuke’s face drifted from confusion to a blank stare as he realized what Naruto was doing.
“Just,” Naruto drummed his hands against the metal railing. It had to be said, and they all had danced around the topic long enough. Sasuke had just returned to the village, and Naruto didn’t want to push him away again so quickly, but he had to set something straight. “-don’t make things weird for me. I want to be able to invite you to dinner and not get in trouble with Hinata, okay?” The blond let out an embarrassed laugh and scratched the back of his head before popping up from the railing like nothing had happened.
“Alright, let’s go get ramen.”

Summary
Fate only seemed to make things worse for Boruto after Isshiki's death. First, he lost his life, then his brother, then the rest of his family. The world was forced to hate him, even whilst he bore it's weight on his shoulders, and Momoshiki laughed at him from within his Karma.
But, fortunately, fate is not absolute.
All it takes to avert this boy's fate... is for a scaly, serpentine butterfly to flap his wings.

“You’re what, thirteen?” Kakashi continues, and Itachi feels the question wedge itself somewhere behind his ribs. “You have a family, back at the Uchiha compound. It was just your father who got killed.”
Itachi stills.
Just.
That’s right. It was just his father. Just the clan elders. Just a few righteous Uchiha who tried to stop Shisui from killing them. Not more than forty of the hundred Uchiha.
Just under half of his clan.
Alternatively: The Uchiha Massacre happens by Shisui's hand two years earlier, while Itachi is none the wiser to his motivations. He's now eleven, turning twelve soon, and he has issues. Must be a side-effect from being in ANBU as a literal child. Or the fact your best friend killed half your clan. Who knows.
