Fern took one step back, storming past her out the tavern door and slamming it close.
The harsh thump of the wooden door slamming close was heavily drowned by the drunken atmosphere of the tavern. Almost no one noticed what had happened at all, distracted by their own laughter. The fact that Fern was still upset, the fact that Frieren had no idea what she had done wrong this time; Frieren was the only one who knew.
But she knew so little about the details that it made her feel like she was just as much a stranger to Fern as the other patrons of this tavern.

“Ah, hero-san?” he asked, stumbling over the word a little. “Are you alright?”
As soon as he asked, Izuku felt himself flush. It seemed ridiculous to think that he could do something to help a hero that they wouldn’t be able to do themselves, but there was just something so odd about her that he couldn’t help it.
Maybe it was her costume, his mind suggesting, racing as the moment hung, balanced in silence.
Her costume, Izuku couldn’t have helped but notice, was an old-fashioned one. It probably wouldn’t be obvious to many people, since it was pretty much a classic, with the large, heavy boots, the gloves and the cape, but there was a simplicity to it that spoke of an earlier era. Maybe she’d been inspired by All Might’s Young Age costume?
:: Midoriya Izuku finds a hero on the side of the street. She is not someone he knows, not yet, but she is very important nonetheless.

Summary
During a routine raid the heroes have a much harder time than expected while fighting what was supposed to be a rookie yakuza group. Many heroes are seriously injured, including a very grumpy underground hero, and two are out of commission.
After the raid, they find a notebook filled to the brim with extremely detailed information in pro- and underground heroes alike. To their surprise the villain who acquired the information on the heroes had left a note for them that makes their job of bringing them to justice much easier. On the second page of the book it reads: ‘If found, please return to Midoriya Izuku’.
Or
Villains got a hold of Middle school Izuku’s hero notebook and used it to get an advantage over the heroes. When the notebook is found after the raid the heroes think that Midoriya had sold the information to the group and is brought in under the assumption that he is working with the yakuza.
Cue a very scared and confused Izuku, a very parental Aizawa, a very concerned Tsukauchi, and a very pissed Sir Night eye.
