Ten days is actually just the number he gave to appease Wilson. In reality, he lost track at least two Fridays ago, and since it's currently— wait, what day is it again? It doesn't matter. Point is, he isn't shitting. And well, he's only one of the top physicians in the country and a nephrology specialist, but he's pretty sure that's a bad sign.
