Summary
Looking back, being upset at seeing an eye peering in from his bedroom wall is kind of silly now.
The news it delivered seemed so dire at the time, in spite of him brushing it off to go eat a hearty breakfast.
It turns out that those fifteen days would be the least of his concerns. It was the worst fifteen days life ever threw his way.
Sam just hoped to see something past the end of the horizon once it was safe to look again. Not this.

Summary
Jon has been thrown back in time.

And if his experience the first time around taught him anything at all, the world really is just avatars endlessly throwing themselves at each others' throats. He knows he's resigning himself to a life playing the part of the Puppet Master, and he shudders to think how close to Elias he's becoming.
