Clark utterly adores his family - Little Dickie is growing more and more by the day, and six-month old Jason is still his perfect baby boy. Bruce is slowly returning to Batman duties, and Clark is happy.
Another unplanned pregnancy certainly shakes things up a bit.

“I'm not the same person I was back in high school,” Clark says, “and I doubt they all are, either. What would be the point?”
“Oh, Clark,” Bruce is suddenly holding Clark's face with both of his hands, “the point is that I'm going to land us in a helicopter somewhere for all your classmates to see.”
Clark sighs and closes his eyes.
“Say 'yes', Clark,” Bruce orders.
Clark doesn't open his eyes, just says, “Yes, Clark.”

Summary
"You know, I love looking at the Moon."
And what that had to do with anything, even Clark didn't know… Batman was a professional at making the alien feel flustered. He mastered the whole ‘being intimidating’ concept.
"Is that so?" Batman turned back toward him, and it was clear even he didn't understand what the other was getting at.
"Yes… you know, the Moon is so beautiful. If you look up at it, it doesn't blind you like the Sun… you can just simply admire it." By this point, Clark had taken his eyes off Batman and started looking up at the Moon.
OR, Clark starts to ramble about his fascination with the Moon to Bruce, and Bruce takes it as a sign to send Clark pictures of it.
Clark is confused. Bruce is trying. They are in love.
