Summary
His entire life has been spent in the company of crazy people, from his backstabbing brother to the ever-prickly J. Daniel Atlas and the deliciously clever Henley Reeves to the brilliant, cocky Jack Wilder and the unpredictable Lula May. Dylan Shrike's ruthlessness and ambition were only matched by his loyalty, and Merritt's never had a reason not to trust him.

...
Merritt knows that something's wrong with Dylan Shrike from the second that hologram plays. He just doesn't realize that he's been hypnotized--until he does.

Summary
“Ah,” Alastor murmurs, fondness threading his tone. “Poor darling,” he hums against the punctures, sealing them with a slow lick that makes her knees buckle. He pulls back gently, blood staining his smile like wine. “You’re trembling. Shall I stop?”
Or: Rosie raves about her favorite pet, the impeccably mannered Radio Demon, who she claims to be above all fleshly temptation; Lucifer, bored to the marrow, wagers he can shatter any sinner’s composure in a single night—and transforms into the perfect bait.
